If you can't make your appointment please call reception as soon as possible or text message 0422 221 371 so we can offer it to someone else. Please note -we  require a minimum of 12 hours cancellation notice for Remedial Massage services and 6 Hours for Osteopathic consultations - **  

A missed or late cancellation of an Osteopathic consultation incurs a $50 fee.

A missed or late cancellation of a massage appointment incurs a $100 fee.

As a courtesy to the treating Osteopath, staff and patients, if you have a cold or flu-like symptoms please reschedule your appointment for when you have recovered. Thank you.
